The side of you we hope to explore
A quiz exploring situations and habits that delay starting something you need to do.
Think of moments in the past two weeks when you delayed starting something you intended to do. Distinguish these from needed rest or changes in priorities. Answer 12 questions to reflect on the approaches you chose often this time. If no situation fits, it is fine to leave without forcing an answer.
How to read results
Explore recurring scenes in your answers and one small action you can try now.
Preview types and scoring
Each indicator independently converts your agreement with items about that approach into a value. It is not a fixed personality trait, ability, judgment of better or worse, or rank compared with others. The values do not need to total 100.
Each indicator has 4 questions, each weighted 1. There are no reverse-scored items. For each indicator, subtract 1 from each response, add them, divide by 16, and multiply by 100. The interpretation linked to the highest indicator appears first; ties follow the order declared below. These are editorial exploration criteria, not a standardized scale.
- Looking for a starting point: You often delay when the first step is unclear. Choose one very small action to begin with.
- Hesitating to get it right: You often delay because you want to get it right from the start. Begin with a first version you can improve later.
- Pulled by distractions: Your answers often described attention shifting to notifications or other tasks. Silence notifications briefly and focus on one task.

Should my result always be the same?
