Preview types and scoring
This self-talk indicator increases with responses that acknowledge your effort and pace. The same total can come from different answers, so read your individual responses below too.
All 10 questions have a weight of 1. Questions 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 are reverse-scored. Subtract 1 from each adjusted response, add them, divide by 40, and multiply by 100. The boundaries at 40 and 70 are editorial criteria, not clinical thresholds.
- Time for self-care: Your answers suggest you have been hard on yourself around mistakes or comparisons. Start by acknowledging one small thing you did today.
- Practicing self-support: Your answers mix self-support with self-criticism. Notice the situations where it feels easier to be on your own side.
- On your own side: You often acknowledged your effort and pace even after mistakes. You do not have to force the same outlook on difficult days.

Are quiz answers saved?
Answers are temporarily saved in this tab only if you opt into progress restoration. They are discarded on the next access after 24 hours or removed on completion or restart. Otherwise they stay only in memory.
Should my result always be the same?
The same answers to the same questions produce the same result. A change in your situation and answers can change it. Ties and balanced results are shown without forcing a side.
Who can use the quizzes?
The quizzes are for people aged 14 or older. We do not collect birthdates or identity documents; we only ask you to confirm the age requirement before starting.
