Preview dimensions and interpretation
These tendency scores are calculated from this survey’s responses. Each independent 0–100 index is not a disease probability, medical risk level or population ranking.
Every item contributes an equal weight of 1 to its assigned dimension. Sum valid 1–5 answers minus 1, divide by (valid item count × 4), then multiply by 100. Not applicable, declined answers and the experience gate are excluded from numerator and denominator. Each dimension requires at least two valid answers and at least half its items. Any withheld dimension suspends overall comparison; prominent items are shown only when all dimensions can be calculated and the maximum is at least 25. This display rule is editorial, not a clinical threshold.
- Attention and organization difficulties: Answers about starting, finishing, remembering and organizing stood out relatively. Sleep, stress and other factors can also contribute to similar experiences.
- Impulsivity and restlessness: Answers about waiting, controlling speech or actions, and restlessness stood out relatively. These responses alone do not establish a hyperactivity or impulsivity diagnosis.
- Impact across settings: Answers about attention or impulsivity affecting several areas of life stood out relatively. Note duration and childhood experiences to discuss with a professional.
Before you start
This original self-check draws on research concepts; it is not a standardized test or diagnostic tool. Its questions, weights and minimum-answer rules are editorial choices without clinical validation. You may decline or choose not applicable, and interpretation depends on your circumstances and responses. ADHD diagnosis requires assessment of childhood history, persistence, multiple settings and other possible causes such as sleep or anxiety. This self-check does not replace that assessment or apply official ADHD test cutoffs to custom adult questions.

Frequently asked questions
Are quiz answers saved?
This self-check processes answers only in memory, without progress saving or personal-result sharing. Reloading or leaving clears answers and results.
Should my result always be the same?
The same answers to the same questions produce the same result. A change in your situation and answers can change it. Ties and balanced results are shown without forcing a side.
Who can use the quizzes?
This survey is for adults aged 18 or older. We do not collect dates of birth or identification.
