The side of you we hope to explore
A quiz for reflecting on the balance between attention to a close relationship and your own daily life.
Think of a close relationship or someone you liked in the past month. These 12 questions concern your own time, time together, and moments when you want reassurance. If you have no relationship in mind or the items do not fit, it is fine to leave without forcing an answer.

Preview types and scoring
The three indicators independently show how much your responses align with each pattern's items. They are not proportions totaling 100, judgments of another person's feelings or attachment type, or diagnoses of excessive involvement. If all are low, your responses may not clearly favor any pattern.
Each pattern has 4 questions. Responses 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 receive 0, 0, 1, 3, and 4 points respectively for their linked pattern, and 0 for other patterns. Each pattern's sum is divided by 16 and multiplied by 100. This editorial rule gives greater weight to strong agreement; it is not a scientific diagnostic criterion.
- Keeping your own rhythm: You often keep your own schedule and time within close relationships. It can help to be equally clear about time together.
- Enjoying time together: You often want to share daily life and experiences. Ask what pace of contact and time together feels comfortable for the other person too.
- Finding reassurance through clarity: You often want clarity about reactions or plans. Ask one factual question at a time rather than guessing how someone feels.
